ABC Wednesday Letter "C" is for CINDERELLA. I took this picture at Disneyland a while ago. It's actually a picture of pictures. People sent in thousands of snapshots of themselves and the artists at Disneyland created pictures of all of their characters from them. I found it so fascinating to stand back and see the whole picture and go up close and see all the individual ones.
Be sure to enlarge this one to see the snapshots up close.

j'aime beaucoup ces photos mosaïque, elle est très belle et bravo pour l'idée
I love these photos mosaic, it is very beautiful and congratulations for the idea
I think you can get software to do the same thing with your own pictures
A Very good C. Often you have to step back quite a bit to get both the whole picture - and some of details.
That is a neat entry for C. I have done something similar online with a photo of a flower where they use photos of people to produce the shading.
Creative and beautiful C! :)
Its a fascinating piece of art. Nice C selection.
Interesting idea to make a Cinderella out of a many would-be Cinderellas.
This is today winner
Great
that's fascinating.I think the software mentioned is called mosaic.
confusing but charming
Oh my. This is nice.
You know, year ago this was all done by hand, so to speak. You had to go through individual photographs and pick and choose the dark ones the light ones and all the other ones. Then you had to place them on a kind of template of the picture you were making.
Nowadays, however, this is all done by computers so it isn't hard at all. You just need the photos.
So it kind of takes the wind out of the sails but it is still nice to see.
I can't think of anything better suited for the entry C.
Gosh, isn't that clever?

They had some giant mosaics made from photos at an art museum I recently went to. I found them fascinating.
