A GET WELL PERSCRIPTION

Hi everyone. Thanks so much for all the get well wishes. I am feeling ever so much better and managed to take care of our Granddaughters and their new little pup for the weekend. I tried to get a better picture of Snicker ,their Labradoodle, but every time I got the camera ready she thought it was time to play and get some extra loving. I'm just telling you all of this because I've never had a dog or taken care of one in my whole (a very looong time....)life. It was like having a baby in the house again. Believe it or not I had a great time with her and I think she thought I was her Grandma too....The Granddaughters were so helpful and considering how yucky I felt we really had a good time together.

Glad you are feeling better (than a worn out flower, or something)...

And fun to see the Snickerdoodle dog again -- I was reading all about it on Mr. Mapper's blog...

Animals are really great -- I never expected to have a cat as my best buddy at this stage in my life... Here she is now, looking for her favorite chair -- my lap...

Hi
Glad you are feeling better, I am in Palm Springs and just had a trip to Death valley, just amazing
And snow on all the mountains around the valley but temps in the 60s on the valley floor.
I had some rain there also rain here in palm springs yesterday, the locals dont know what rain is.
Will be posting pics of my trip when i get back home.

I had to laugh when I saw your comment and then came over to your blog, what a funny coincidence, we were puppysitting at the same time, and the puppies could be twins, discounting the slight difference in age!! I agree, it's like having a baby in the house... well a toddler anyway. Everything has to be moved up out of reach. Hide your hat, your gloves, your shoes. And be prepared to play ALL the time! Tessa has gone home now, so I can finally relax a bit. I'll see her again next weekend I expect.

That is indeed a cute puppy. I feel that way about Ella. I can never get a good picture of her because she's constantly on the move. LOL.

Glad you're feeling better.

Sorry to hear you were ill. Blame it on the bad weather. Nothing beats having a dog by your side when you're sick. Take 2 dogs and call me in the morning.

So is this dog a labradoodle or a snickerdoodle? LOL!

Thanks for comment. Good to know that you feel better. Have you keep her? She's good looking puppy. I love to have a dog but as you discovered, it's like having a baby and so the responsibility and expense comes with it.

That is such a cute dog. We have four miniature poodles and I love them all to distraction.

Poodles and Labs have such playful, sweet personalities.
