DOES SHE BELONG ON YOUR TREE?

Christmas will soon be here. Does this kissing Octopus belong on your tree? What is the most unusual ornament hanging on your tree?
I'm feeling better and thanks so much for all the get well wishes.
The tree got trimmed and the house is presentable. No cards or gifts yet but, hey....there's still a few more days....

très originale cette décoration de noël, on dirait une pieuvre en habit de gala.

This very original Christmas decoration, it looks like an octopus wearing clothes gala.

Wow....what a neat ornament!
I'm thinking of doing an ornament post in the next few days.

Glad you are feeling better! I haven't sent any cards yet either...and I have vowed not to stress over it. If it gets done, it gets done...if not, well there's always next year :)

I will pass on the kissing octopus.

The most unusual thing on our trees was always "the pickle." Kids looked for this tiny green pickle. Lots of fun.

Nice lips. I'm off to Ft Bragg area. Hope I can make it up with no snow.

In my post the object in the water is a surfer.

That is definitely one of the most unusual ornaments I've ever seen. I think the oddest one I ever saw though was not on my tree, but it was a retainer! Yes a retainer as in after you get your braces off!!! Ewww!

As for me, I have to give that some thought, I couldn't put up the big tree this year because of work being done on the house so I can't go have a look.

Okay, that is so cute! I love different ornaments like that. I'll have to think about my most unusual one. I've been collecting them for 31 years. Hope you are all better today!

Cute. I think she should replace the fairy at the top.

More exciting posts now up.

She's very cute in a kind of green octopussy way.
Perhaps we should all post a photo pf our most unusual ornament. Not sure what mine is, I'll have to take a look.

She's quite a character, perfect for someone who lives so close to the oceean.

Happy news that you are feeling better. Let's hope you are now immune from any more illness all winter long.

Her lips are too red for my liking, also a bit large, tangle with her and she may gobble you up.

Ooooh, that is so cute! And it would feel so at home with my fish. :-))))

LOL at Moi. If I had this ornament, I think it would hang at the back of the tree. But then my daughter would move it to the front. :)

Hey, I see Blogger finally lets us add our URL! Whoohoo!

Oh dear, she would be useful for keeping the kids away from the presents until Christmas!
