HAPPY TRAILS TO YOU
I am really dating myself by quoting the ending song on the Roy Rogers TV show oh so many years ago. Happy Trails to You until we meet again.
The horse was waiting patiently (or just plain bored) for the next paying customer. At $3.00 for once around a wide track it wasn't something we were going to do. So we just watched others ride and we enjoyed the beautiful leaves of Fall for free.

cela donne envie, mais je ne suis à l'aise que sur les gros percherons ;o)
This makes you want, but I am at ease on the big percherons ;o)
My son loves this picture!
Lovely critter. Great colours. Gotta love horses. :)
Boy, your blog title brings back many memories! Cute horse.
beautiful animals, horses!
My sister tells me that she used to dress up in her Sunday best as a child when the Roy Rogers show came on. She LOVED it.
This guy looks like a nice and calm creature. Lovely shot!
You remember Roy Rogers, wow. I remember him to also The Lone Ranger.
Great photo.
No shame in dating yourself :)
Pretty shot! The horse is beautiful!
Thanks for your comment on my Cardinal, when my wife seen it she said "put that in my card file"! I just may become our Christmas card pic for this year.
I really enjoy looking at this beautiful photo. The horse is so cute and the colours are wonderful.
That's a pretty horse and the leaves in the background are beautiful.
I remember that song! (Must be dating myself too) Neat picture.
I grew up singing that song, and playing cowboys and Indians too.
great song, great photo.
OK I'll fess up. I remember the song and TV show too. I also remember years later when Bullit died, Roy Rogers had him stuffed. Sometime after that, when Trigger died, he too was stuffed and kept with Roy. Years later I was quite relieved that Roy went before Dale Evans.. ;)
Hey, I remember the song, too. From reruns, though. :)
He looks like Tonto's horse.
Hmm, that sounded racist.

That horse looks SO BORED...look at those ears! well seen.
There is something so endearing about seeing the horse of old waiting for his next fare... I have an old (yes, very old) picture of a three year old me complete with hat and chaps sitting upon such a horse. I know about Roy Rogers too :) cute picture.
Oh, I love the panda eyes...
