Black n White and for a reply, I have posted blck n white pics on my Outhouse and Okanagan Daily Photo blogs
I dunno, I like them both. The yellow caboose in the color one is nice. But I think I ever-so-slightly prefer the B&W. The framing of the shadow is cool
Both photos are nice but in this case I prefer the color shot.
Amazing perspective. Give me the b&w.
Hi P,
I like the B&W pic more but the photo itself also, I like your style of photography always.
I Posted some typical Dutch views today.. Have a great weekend.

This is great ans the black and white is a perfect choice. Very industrial. :) Thanks for the encouragement on my blog regarding the move....we are waiting for our container to get here from London...as well as my husband! :)
B&W is more special, maybe it's more poetic... great composition!
Have a nice weekend!
It's good to see the photo in B&W. Quite a different feel, one from the other, but the perspective holds in each. Nice, Sue.
hey,
love the pics.
like the b/w one better, um..this might sound stupid, but the bw one brings out the colors better.
for instance the sunlight slit from the shadow part.
Me Too! B&W steals the show!
I love the composition! Great framing job.
I like the B & W. It even looks like a giant pac man is going to eat the train!
i like the B&W A LOT!!!!! great shot! i can never decide btwn color and b&w, either.
I can not either say, is one better than another. They both are just as good :)
Have a good weekend!
Thank you for so many visits to my blog and for your generous comments. I do appreciate this a lot.
I like the black and white picture the best in this instance. I am surprised I said that as I seldom do like black and white over color.

Absolutely B/W. So much drama!!!
I kind of like the B&W one best. Nice and contrasty. Good work!
Awesome game of light!
I like the black and white version best. Has a totally different feel to it doesn't it? Seems to take you back in time.
BnW...its a lovely shot, Sue!!! the symmetry of light and shadow is awesome!!!
Frame it. Hang it. Enough said!
Oh, I like the black and white version much better... Lends a quality of time to the image...
Love the bold v shape design !!
This one over the colour. Fantastic!
The black & white, by a long way! It's so much more enchanting. Great shot.
B&W. All the way!!
I think I like the color one better. However, they both are outstanding.
I like the B&W the best out of the two.
Love your blog and I like the B&W version best!
Oh, the black & white is so dramatic! The color is fine, but this version is outstanding - the use of perspective is wonderfully inventive.
I love black and white photos.
Funny to find it here when we spent a couple days in a big railroad town and visited the railroaders museum and the horseshoe curve to photograph trains. :)
Definitely the black and white one.
