AMERICAN RIVER BRIDGE

After visiting Sutter's Fort we went to Old Town, Sacramento. Had a wonderful lunch at Joe's Crab Shack and walked across this beautiful bridge. From one end we could see California's capitol . This is an extremely busy bridge and I couldn't believe I could get a shot without any cars.
Over the next few days I will post some pictures of this area.

The sky looks such a vivid blue compared to the yellow of the bridge, and such lovely detail of the girders. Super!

That's a great shot. I'm usually by myself in my car, so I don't dare shoot any bridges. I want to get some of the Sunshine Skyway here in Florida.
