Gorgeous place! Looks like paradise. Wonderful colors!
Hi Photowannabe Sue,
You didn't mention where this is, but it looks very much like that lake (Stow Lake, or the other little one) in Golden Gate Park...
Love this! Very tranquil!
belle photo. le canarde partage t-il son domaine avec les tortues, où va t-il les faire fuire ?
Je te souhaite un bon weeck end
beautiful photograph. the canarde division it its field with the tortoises, where will it make them flee? I wish you a good weeck end
ooooo water that isn't frozen solid!!
Lovely pic, I have never seen turtles sunbathing like that.
just imagine the tan lines when the shells come off at night....yikes!
Great colors and subject matter.
Winter light is so dificult. Isn't it?
If I were there, I'd be out there with them! :)
Oh, that's the slow and easy life, the perfect life for turtles and humans.
we have turtles in our lakes here, they are very cautious about movement and jump in the water so hard to get near them for photos.
I would think our turtles are still in hirbernation for the winter, after all the smaller ponds and lakes the frequent are frozen over at the moment
Those are real turtles? Cool!
Peaceful and cute! And I love the reflection of the bright green bushes in the water.
