Whales are incredible animals. So huge and elegant... I've never had the chance to watch them "live" though...
Wow.. that is really close. I have been whale watching once and we saw a few from a distance. Every once in a while I can see them from shore but they are a ways out there. Great shot.. I had no idea that they had bad breath.. LOL :)
