Since I was born in a small town on Lake Michigan, I have a passion for water and lighthouses. Love this shot!
Very nice image. I've read that to become good at capturing good vacation photos, you should explore where you live to practice. This way, you can get "that shot" when your exploring some place new and only have one chance to capture something.

I recently posted a shot of the same lighthouse. I like your shot better. It was a dark foggy day when I drove through which left the shot moody. Wonderful little lighthouse. =o)
A friend of mine got to stay there. I think he was bicycling through. You've captured it beautifully!
