Isaiah 41:10 is what I repeat in my head when things start to go bad. I once brought my blood pressure down with it when I was in a rollover accident and an SUV and they said they couldn't transport me because my blood pressure was too high to move me and I said that scripture in my head three or four times and when she came back in the ambulance she said how did you get your blood pressure down and I told her and she looked shocked
I love that piece of scripture. So true.
