Tonight we had a genuine date.
Hubby and I got a bite to eat and then went to a concert.
We saw the Oakridge Boys and Wynonna and The Big Noise.
We have been fans of The Boys for 40 years.
Their voices are beginning to be a bit rusty but what fantastic entertainers.
They are very gracious and I think genuine.
Hubby and I were disappointed with Wynonna.
She really seems so full of herself.
I have to say though,
She does have a great set of pipes.
All in all it really was a fun night.

I love the boys also... and also love your hat.. what a great date, dinner and a concert is perfect. looks like you had nice weather for it to. About Wynonna, she does have a good voice,. I think she struggles with her weight problems and the way the world sees fat people. I have been a yo you fat person all my life and it does effect the way we feel. she was born into a family where the two women in her life are thin and beautiful and I from experiment know how that feels. we fat people do overcompensate because we feel inferior. that is just my own personal theory of her and I have always felt bad for her

that is sad and it had to be really bad for people to leave. loud music makes me leave. there are some resturants I can't eat in because of the music
It does sound fun! I haven't heard anything from Wynona in quite some time.
I love your hat! I think we saw them one time when I was young at the Country Fair. They were lots of fun then. I am so glad you have date nights. You inspire me. Tomorrow is Kaishon's last day of work for the summer. Can you believe it? I hope your September is filled with joy and love. Thank you for being such an encouragement to me.
