Today we will be DEFINING the letter " D " in many
DIFFERENT ways.
All the way from photos to poems.
I'm so happy you DECIDED to DROP by and take a look.
My first shot is from the DRY and DESOLATE ghost town
of Bodie, California.
The town is slowly DECAYING.
Some buildings are simply
DECREPIT.
I guess you could DEFINE my series of photos as
DISCOMBOBULATED.
There is no rhyme or reason to them.
The DOGGIE DINER was a San Francisco institution
many years ago.
They served great hot DOGS from the
DAFFY DACHSHUND'S DINER.
While in Las Vegas I spotted these DANDY DOGS having
a DISCUSSION.
It appears they have this DIALOGUE DAILY.
Such DRAMA....
I said with a DEADPANNED expression.
Thirsty anyone?
DON'T know exactly what the neon sign means but....
DROP by and wet your whistle.
You won't be DRY anymore.
Now DON'T DAWDLE.

I officially crown you champion of ABC Wednesday! Every week you get them out there in great numbers into a story that you tell! Darned good work, I say! And even though it's been more than 25 years since I visited Bodie, I immediately recognized the image.

The dry timber of the ghost town is interesting but the dog diner is a hoot. You are the queen in finding curious images for our delight.
