CHICAGO SPRING

A trip into my archives for this shot. A few years ago we did a tradeshow in Chicago during the Springtime. I had to take a picture of the windows, trees and their reflections. The buildings have such a variety. Have a great day everyone.

  4. It would have never occurred to me to equate a spring shot with black and white.. it looks great.

  5. Last night the Travel Channel was doing a program on Chicago -- all very interesting. Quite a variety of archietecture. I've only been there once. Really enjoyed the Planetarium and the Museum of Science and Industry is not to be missed!

  6. oops... I guess I should have also stopped by the School of Spelling when I was in Chicago -- it's architecture, not archietecture...

(and my old English teacher would hang me from my thumbnails if she knew I misused those three dots "...", known as elipses, so much.) I know it's wrong, but I do it anyway... Bad, bad, bad...

Very pretty in B&W. Springy, even without color!

  12. I love architectural shots and yours look great with the unique glass design. Making it black and white has even a better impact than if you left it in color.

  13. Very well done B&W. You managed to catch the light and feeling of a Spring day without using color. Very cool!
