I'm having so much fun looking at the world through the lens of my Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX3.
I will share my world of Rocklin, California and points North, South, East and West.
Come and enjoy with me.
It is ever so good to be back. You have posted some remarkable photos during my absence. My internet doesn't always work, but I'll return as often as I can!
It is a good theme to photograph, my favourite is the wagon wheel. But they all start to make you wonder how old these objects can be. Real relics! BTW, I've been trying since last night to post a picasa web album on that QM 2 visit. Will it download? Afraid it doesn't seem likely at the moment, which is a shame! Will let you know.
I really like the series of old wood equipment you posted. The textures are just wonderful and the tones of the rusted parts against the patina and texture of the wood is great.
