ABC WEDNESDAY...VERY EARLY

Hubby and I are taking off for a little rest and relaxation. We won't be home until Thursday and I didn't want to miss ABC Wednesday.
The letter for this week is X. X marks the spot. When I saw the swaths cut in the field I knew I had found the perfect X.
Be sure to check out what others have chosen for X by going to Mrs. Nesbitts link on my sidebar.

ce X est surprenant, il est bien fait (beau travail), on se croirait a un croisement d'une grande route ;o).

That was a clear X indeed.

This looks almost like a painting. The fields with their odd cut or mowed shapes makes it look like something painted for a book.

But I have enjoyed your photography as I usually do.

I have been thinking why people choose to shoot pictures from here and not from over there.

And what do they think about before and while they press the shutter.

Odd things to think about but it is akin to what do barking dogs sound like in different nations.

Thanks for your visit to my blog and for the comment there. I do my best to repay visits with visits and comments with comments.

Very pleasing and tranquil shot -- and you were lucky enough to find an X...   I'm sort of scratching my head about what I'm going to do for X -- it's a tough letter, alright..

This reminds me of the paths worn in the grass at my old college. The students would leave the sidewalks and make their own paths to shorten the walk. I also heard of a school that did not put in sidewalks for the first year so they could see where the students wanted to walk. That always seemed smart to me :)

"Louis" thanks you for your visit to San Francisco Bay Daily Photo.

"Louis" is up past his cowbell in a work project for the next several weeks, so he may stop by and take a look but not sign the 'guest registry'.
