ELEPHANT GRAVEYARD
I guess you could call this the Elephant Graveyard. A large Elephant Ear leaf has gone there to die. The boggy area is located in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco.
wow.. you mean it! it could really be an elephant ear.. I like your imagination! :) I really like this kind of photos, it's a dead leaf, in their life or non-life cycle, it's amazing how it will dissapear in a few days... wonderful nature
le cimetiere des elephants tellement rechercher par les chasseurs de tresor est donc dans le Golden Gate Park. elle est impressionnante cette feuille...
the cemetery of the elephants to seek so much by the hunters of treasure is thus in the Golden Gate Park. it is impressive this sheet…
Nice colours... especially vibrant when all we have around us at the moment is a black, white and grey palette! PS -18C outisde right now, that's c-c-c-cold!
I have added you to my list of preferred blog spots, hope that is OK? It's easier to get to see your nice pictures.... and BTW I like the cloured bikes better than the B&W.
Such a cool pic, Sue! Thank you for your kind comment. I appreciate your faithful words of encouragement and I am hoping to post within the next couple days. Thanks for your kindness...

Thanks for your kindness...
I went there 2 years ago and thought it was beautiful. Want to go back, too. :)
It's gone there to rest, to return to the earth, to wait for its next incarnation. Very nice, Photowannabe.
Huge leaf. Probably something with my monitor, but the colours are so vibrant, it hurts :)
Funny caption for an excellent photo!
