Have never seen this contraption before. Would love to hear more about it. It reminds me of when we used to try on shoes, and they had the slip-on nylons for us to wear first. They were supposed to be clean ones, but were they? You really do come up with some neat "wordless wednesday" pictures. An interesting picture says it all.
Is that a real thing? I've never heard of such a thing before, and especially not in public where it can't be cleaned! Oh my!! Now I've seen everything! LOL.
