Well tomorrow it happens.
I'm off again for our annual church trip to Mexico.
This will make my 6th year.
I'm looking forward to feeding, along with our fabulous Kitchen Crew,
1100 very hungry high school, college and adult leaders.
I'll just post a few photos from past years to give you a taste.
Shopping for our meals when we get over the border....at CostCo.
Living in huge "MASH" type tents while down there.
Preparing breakfast and dinner for 1100 people every day.
Cracking 200 DOZEN eggs Every Day for breakfast scrambled eggs !
Enjoying gorgeous sunrises every morning.
See you in 2 weeks, when I return.
