My Hubby and I just came back from a few days at Lake Tahoe.
I have shown pictures of the Lake before,
In fact just this past January.
Now the water level is much worse.
We are into our 4th year of drought.
All the earth that can be seen should be under water

I don't think any boat will be launched from those docks.
The Sierra Nevada Mountains should be covered with snow.
Not this year.
At least some of the trees are getting ready to spread a little Springtime cheer.

This is BAD!
I have seen the drought on TV but they did not show Lake Tahoe.. the drought is really bad for a lot of CA and the lack of snow is even worse. thanks for the photos, they are really beautiful, but sad.
Oh no!! We might be facing a water shortage up here....but wow - nothing like that (I hope!)
That's an incredible expanse of dry land that should be under thousands of gallons of water. I'm sure everyone is praying for rain.
