KOREAN PEARS INTO KUCHEN



So now I have Korean Pear German cake called Kuchen.

This is hot cake right from the oven.

I hope it's as good tasting as it smells.

The cake is a very moist, slightly dense coffee cake type desert with my pears sprinkled with Butter Rum sugar crystals and a cinnamon and fine sugar dusting on top.

I like to top it off with a dollop of Cool Whip or vanilla ice cream.

If you enlarge the photo maybe you can sneak a taste too.

My mouth is watering just thinking about it.

I know we will enjoy it with our friends tonight.

oh yummmm... it looks wonderful... I read the title Korean pears into Kitchen... i think i need help... then I realized Kuchen was a kake.. LOL... i saw on another blog this week someone made a kuchen
