ABC WEDNESDAY LETTER " U "

Here we are at almost the end of the alphabet.

Today's letter is " U ".
I think the first photo is a bit UNUSUAL.

How many times have you seen an UGLY recliner just sitting
outside in front of a statue?

I guess that's one way to appreciate art!

When we visited the High Hand Nursery last month
we saw a very UNIQUE treatment USED on a tree trunk.

Though it isn't the sharpest picture one can see that a lovely Fall
scene had been painted on the bruise.

ULTIMATELY what I like about these flowers is....

They will never wilt or die.

Sometimes the sunsets that God paints UP in the sky
seem UNREAL.

A rather "cheeky" and UNUSUAL grape.

Last but not least
Here is a potential criminal UNDER arrest.

So sorry if this makes you feel UNEASY.
It isn't real.

It was an reenactment by our local police department.

Don't forget to enlarge the photos and to check out what others
have posted for the letter " U ".

I'm always torn between being more impressed by your lovely photos or by your clever use of the letter of the week. Clearly, it's always both. Fun stuff.

I love the sky and the grapes the best. And that must be SOME sculpture if a person is sitting in front of it so long that he needs a rocker!

You always do such a good job with the letter. The recliner is hilarious to me given it's place near the statue.

Wanda and Hilary said it for me. And I cannot believe we are near the end of the alphabet again. You were one of the first, if not the first, blogger I followed when I started blogging.

I am amazed that you continue to come up with such intriguing "alphabet" photo collections for each letter.

I'm still stuck on the recliner in front of a statue. I wonder who put that there?

Hi Sue. Great post but that last photo really disturbs me. Increasingly, it seems, our police forces have been steadily moving towards military tactics. All in the name of "security" of course, and if we buy the official story about 9-11, which I have certain problems with, we would be led to believe that it is in our best interests to give up our civil liberties (e.g.: Patroit Act). A delicate balance must be met, in accordance with the Constitution.
