ABC WEDNESDAY LETTER " A "

Welcome to ABC Wednesday .
We are ARRIVING  AT  Round 11!
I think that is really hard to believe.

The following photos have been titled
AGRICULTURE from my backyard.
AMONG the leaves AND  vines can be found A few bunches of
sweet grapes.
I hope they will ripen and give us A few AROMATIC moments.

Here is our "Papple" tree.
AT least that's what we were told it was called.
This branch got so heavy with the small APPLES that it has
broken.
The APPLES ARE  similar to ASIAN  APPLES or ASIAN Pears,
hence the name Papples.

Some of the fruit has begun to turn yellow AND may soon be ripe
enough to eat.

When I got this photo up on the computer I got A laugh.
It looks like the leaf thinks the APPLE is ripe enough to chomp
A bite out of it.

Our Pomogranetes ARE  beginning to look like the real thing now.
AROUND September they should ALL be very large
AND  A gorgeous shade of red.

Our peach crop is slowly ripening and we ARE looking forward to
A cobbler or two from the trees.
Unfortunately, AFTER  ALL the wonderful blossoms on our
ALMOND tree, there ARE very few nuts developing.

I AM  AFRAID I just don't have A "Green Thumb".

Love these pictures, Sue...can't wait to visit your back yard in August, and munch on whatever is ripe.

How lucky you are to have all those wonderful fruit trees near by. I like the “arriving” sign. It seems in life that we are always arriving or trying to arrive somewhere. :)

Loving the agriculture goodies in your yard (lip smacking, I dare say). The apricots here i New Mexico are a bumper crop this year.

On the second to the last shot it looks like pomegranate to me. I don't know... I got weird vision. Papple sounds so cute.

Even without a green thumb you have the soul of a gardener.

In Sketch Book Challenge this month the theme is circles and as I was looking at your post it struck me that all your fruits are circles. You've just given me ART inspiration along with all those A's
