BACK TO THE ARCHIVES

I haven't been on a photo shoot for a while.
Even Picasa was giving me fits tonight.
I just can't seem to get inspired.
So here we are back into my archives.
Taken at the Grist Mill.
Have a wonderful weekend everyone.

Maybe you should come to Pennsylvania to get inspired ; ) I love this picture. I hope you find something wonderful to shoot this weekend. Sending love. Lots and lots of love!

Once I clicked on the photo for a larger view the water wheel suddenly becomes a overwhelming view. Great shot. I upgraded to Picasa 3.9 and it made a mess of uploading photos. After changing some settings I think I have it fixed up and it seems to be working better.

No lemonade needed here! ;-) It's a wonderful photo of the mill, especially enlarged. I know what you mean about not feeling inspired... For me at those times I just take a break... and do what you did... reach into the archives.

so glad you archive dived, this is beautiful. I have been doing that, and have a folder now that will soon appear once in a while called archive dive

I've been here several times but I don't think I captured it as well as you.

I think you could be inspired here now, we are in the middle of cotton wool , smooth, white
snow everywhere :) But I have in my archive hundreds of snow photos, so, I did not have taken any of them this winter.
But using archives is a good thing, I think.
My today`s photo is from the archive too :)
Nice weekend to you, Sue!

I really like the wet drippy greenness of this water wheel. Is it near your home?

I love this photo. You may not feel inspired, but you are inspiring. Thanks for the inspiring and encouraging observations you have sent my way!

You need a self-assignment to kick-start your inspiration. Just find a spot to sit in the yard with your camera and keep looking around until something catches your eye. Then photograph it from many different angles. Keep working it until the ol' Photowannabe magic kicks in again!

a very old watermill, the moss gives it character.
