ABC WEDNESDAY LETTER "U"

I was so UNCERTAIN about how to UNDERTAKE this ABC
Wednesday.
The letter " U " seemed UNUSUALLY difficult this time around.
Then I decided to call this post,
UNIQUE Perspectives
and my post was born.
The first picture is
UP or down?

Were we going UPTOWN or downtown?
The Nashville Capitol could be called vintage in an URBAN
setting.

Never UNDERESTIMATE the UNBELIEVABLE talents
of those with Special Needs.

These bowls were created by adults with retardation issues.
I'm so glad they were able to UTILIZE their talents for a
fundraiser that helps feed the hungry.

ULTIMATELY I decided this fruit is a plum since its on my plum tree.
Why is hard for me to UNDERSTAND that its a plum?
Its only an inch tall and most of the plums
on the tree are green and 3 times as large.
The green ones are all UNIFORM in size and the shape is very round.
These little guys are UNIQUELY oblong.
I can't wait UNTIL they ripen and I can discover any differences in them.
Now please don't ULULATE that I've come to the end of this post.
Just go to the ABC link on my sidebar and view the
UNPARALLELED entries from Bloggers around the world.

Hey, I'm learning some new u words. Love, love, the photo of Nashville, so classic.
Your plum looks like a mango. I have lots of them this year. I hope they ripen well and I get to eat them before the squirrels do.

Unique indeed! The enlarged photo of Nashville was intriguing. THe enlarged photo of the plum is a visual teaser with the exuberant colors on the bark and in the trees in the background, contrasted with the more subtle tones of the plum. I enjoyed!

Plum disguised as an apricot, that's what I say!! I just got some red velvet apricots from the store that were delicious-they seem to be a cross between the Santa Rosa plum and the apricot.
Clever post with the upside down (or not) perspective!

Oh-I forgot to tell you that I reposted my blog so that the images come up no matter what browser you are in.

I am afraid that little plum is not long for this world.

Love your choices for the letter U. It is a unique little letter.

An Utterly Unparalleled contribution. I love your photos - the first two are so interesting.

You always go to so much effort to use interesting words to describe the day's letter. Nicely done. We have a sheltered workshop here for adults with special needs that grows plants to sell. It's called Giving Gardens. I think it's wonderful.
