ABC WEDNESDAY LETTER " I "

Welcome to the wonderful world of " I " .
This IPOD advertisement
on the side of a New York City building IMPRESSED
me with ITS bright colors and very hip ILK.

IT'S IMPOSSIBLE to IGNORE the broken window while
looking at the IMAGES reflected in the glass.
IF you use your IMAGINATION
you can IDENTIFY the IMPOSING IMAGE of a face.
INTERESTING ISN'T IT?

During our Summer Church Camp we had many ICY decorations.
This IDEA IS so clever.
I had to show you how we IMITATED an IGLOO.
Hundreds of plastic opaque water jugs were glued together
with the bottoms facing the outside.
Don't they look like blocks of ICE?
The crafty people really IMPRESSED me with this IDEAL IGLOO.

I have no IDEA what this IMP is waiting for.
She must not be very IMPATIENT
sitting there on the floor for so many years.
ILLUMINATE your mind by visiting Mrs. Nesbitts link on my sidebar
to see what IMPRESSIONS others have posted.
Don't forget to enlarge each picture to see the detail.

"I" love the water-bottle igloo. I must tell my sister-in-law about it as she and my youngest brother have two young, "i"maginative children. The iPod advertisement is rather nifty, isn't it?

The broken window reminds me of Alice Through the Looking Glass but I don't think she would have left a hole like that. Anyway it's a great photo.

Hilary said...

Excellent as always. Your broken glass face looks like it should be on one of those iPod silhouetted bodies. :)

The top photo is a little sexy, don't you think?

I saw the face in the window. What a clever idea someone had to think to make an Igloo out of plastic bottles. Enjoyed your many uses of the I word today.

Hard to do "i" without doing an Apple product. :)

The igloo is awesome. Never would have guessed at first glance those were plastic bottles. People are so clever.

Wow - an impressive I post. I absolutely love the igloo and am already calculating how many gallons of milk it's going to take to make my very own. :)

Sue, That image of the broken glass is totally awesome. And I think your igloo is icily realistic. You have a way of coming up with the most unusual words to accompany a letter!

Unknown said...

Wow. So many I photos. I have only played this cycle since letter F and only one image. But I'm thinking I have a few that would fit with J and work very well together! Thanks for the idea and for you visit.
