AS SEEN THROUGH THE FORT WINDOWS

The rugged brick window openings of Fort Point made perfect frames for the Golden Gate Bridge.

You can see the surfers going towards shore when the photos are enlarged.

Beautiful day to be able to stand directly under The Bridge.

Nice to see the Golden Gate Bridge from a completely different viewpoint. It certainly is a very distinctive piece of engineering.

In 1877, I visited my aunt in SF. She took me across the bridge. so many years have past, I still remember the Fisherman's wharf and the crookiest road.

Great photos.

I very much enjoy old forts. there are many in GA and FL and I have seen almost all of them. Love the view with the surfers, they look so tiny.

Love that framing in the first one especially. Such a pop of color that way!

These are wonderful photos that you posted especially when are enlarged. The perspective is great and interesting. Surfers appeared just on time to make second photo more interesting.
