I'm having so much fun looking at the world through the lens of my Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX3.
I will share my world of Rocklin, California and points North, South, East and West.
Come and enjoy with me.
I always love the color of everything because the gray sky makes everything seem so vibrant. :)
Oh what a beautiful "diamond" you captured on a dull and rainy day!
that is just plum purty! :)are ya waterloged ?
very beautiful composition and colors.
superbe composition avec cette goutte d'eau, bravo
Wonderful photo Sue! I enlarged it and it really looks great with the pink stems and the water droplets all over. Well done! - Dave
The rain drops look really beautiful on those colorful leaves.
Small things bring out sparkles of a dull day. Beautiful picture and observation.
Your photography never fails to blow me away. I've been relatively absent from all blogs of late - life's just been getting in the way - but one return visit returns me to the same awestruck place I was when I was last here. You really ought to teach composition somewhere.
I enlarged it and that is a wonderful big FAT drop! the photo is very beautiful.
Sue, It looks like the water droplets found a home on your beautifully red nandina. When I enlarged the most prominent drop, I could almost see you reflected in it!
Oh, this is gorgeous! I am in love with water droplets and this is PERFECT!!
Your stunning photo with complementary colors and that drop of life shows how beautiful even rainy days are.I'm so happy to hear that you have found out about many of your Haitian friends surviving, and how your residence there is a shelter. Little by little, they will rise from the ashes.
Hi, we are in the south west desert here, been to Death valley and now in Arizona. We were in Tucson for the day of all that rain which was preceded by a dust storm. we sat it out a whole day in our motorhome in a truckstop, at least we had internet from the truckstop. As we started moving again, we are seeing places where the water had been across the road. You would never beleive how low the snow is on the mountains around Tucson.
Nothing like sparkle on a gray day :).
I relate - today has been the first sunny day in KC in some time.
That looks so lovely enlarged. You capture magic.
