TWINGE OF NOSTALGIA

Today is very windy and not very interesting for taking photos.
It makes me a bit nostalgic for the wild ocean waves by our former home.
Have a great weekend everyone.

We lived in Santa Barbara CA for 6 years and pastored a little Missionary Church.

I love the ocean, and this shot is breathtaking....

Have a great Sunday.

I like the sparkling water and the sparkling trail on the sand. It seems to me I can hear the sound of rough water. Fantastic photo!

Oh, I love that photo.
I was born and grew up by the sea, and I miss it so much now that I live 1000 miles from the nearest ocean!

An interesting and unusual photo of the waves and beach Sue. I too live inland, but only about 40 minutes drive from the nearest beach. Nowhere in NZ is more than 1 hour from the sea. - Dave

Well, I can report that the seas have been putting on quite a show recently -- not the really huge waves, but more activity than usual...
