MUTED BLOSSOM

My photo of this Honeysuckle blossom was slightly out of focus but I loved the colors. I decided to just go with the blur and added the film grain to give it more of the feel of a pastels drawing. I like the jewel tones the muted feel to this shot. Its probably not to everyone's liking but it was fun to do.
Update....
Not thrilled with how this reproduced on blogger. The mat feel of the film grain really doesn't show up the way it did on my screen.
Enlarging it will show a bit of it but the rich jewel tones just aren't there.....but I'm tired and this will have to do.
Want to see some really gorgeous flowers? Please go to Mr. Mapper's blog on my sidebar. You won't be disappointed.
Have a great weekend everyone.

I love the perfume of honeysuckle. We have some in the village in the hedgerows...I often smell it before I spot it!
