THE PERFECT DAY

What could be more perfect than a warm day, a favorite book and a friend on one's lap?
Not much to my way of thinking.
Be sure to enlarge the photo to see the detail.
Take a look at Mr. Mapper's Blog to see some gorgeous shots of the ocean. Just click on his name on my sidebar.

Nice shot. Are you shooting with your new camera? How do you like it?

An interesting topic for a sculpture! Well done though. - Dave

Even though I know you didn't, it looks like you used a selective color technique on this shot.

I close my eyes and imagine myself on a warm spring day sitting on the deck in the sun reading and letting my mind wander. Such peace.

This is a really nice garden statue. Nicely photographed.

I would like a few warm days, it is cold here with snow on the ground.

This looks like a perfect weekend for me. I used to go to the beach and read. So relaxing.

One can only dream of a moment like this on a cold January night.

I have sat in my garden just like this and felt perfect happiness. Thanks for reminding me of it.

that is one of my favorite ways to spend my days. Reading with a furry friend on my lap and the sun shining down on us both. ah, peaceful.
