ABC WEDNESDAY LETTER " L "

Here we are again at ABC Wednesday and practically to the middle of the alphabet.
The letter for today is " L ". " L " is for Links. A heavy chain Link Loop.
I saw the varigated coloring on these chain links at the Empire Mine. The Mine is located in the foothills of the Sierra Mountains.
Be sure to visit Mrs. Nesbitts link which is on my sidebar to see others participating in ABC Wednesday.

I love photographing metallic rust things. I have never heard of the Empire Mines, but I'm sure it's quite interesting.

I am really dense - I saw this over & over & I kept saying "where is the 'L' in this chain?" Duh. But I liked the chain, I mean links! There is no weak link in that photo.
