THE OLD CEMETERY

I think the cobwebs in this old cemetery are so fitting. Everything was in disrepair. Hubby and I and Mr. Mapper and his family went to Foresthill California and visited some museums along the Heritage Trail. You can see another shot of the cemetery by going to his link in my sidebar.
Have a wonderful weekend everyone.

Cobwebs, where else but in a place where everybody and everything has all the time in the world to produce accidental beauty like this? Wonderful exposure and composition, very reflective mood. :-)

Nobody do not bring flowers there any more!
An atmosphere of this photo tells all about it.

Have a happy weekend, Sue!

Interesting photo! It reminds me of a scene from some scary move! This web is well done captured and it gives the photo mystic look.

That sort of makes the place a little bit more creepy.

This is good photo work. A shot of headstones or monuments doesn't give the feel of the oldness or the need for maintenance, but the cob web is an instant message. Really good uses of images.

In that shallow depth of field I can see what looks like a beautiful cemetery.

This is a great photo. Amazing what spiders can do.

Interesting! A very good mmotiv, but in a situation of light as in the foto, I would suggest to use a flash. That would brighten the foreground, which is a bit to dark.
Have a nice weekend an take care!!

Very clever. I thought at first you were calling the spider's webbing the old cemetery.

Wonderful and appropriate photo for the cemetery. I'm also impressed --mightily-- by your blue damselfly. Wow! What a great capture.
