ANNA'S PROJECT BLACK TAKE 1

Anna Carson has started a new project. The project is the color BLACK.
I found this propane tank decorated like cowhide. I think its a perfect start for BLACK.
Find out who else has joined the challenge by going to my sidebar and clicking on Anna's Photo of the Day.
In fact, why don't you join too?

Camouflaged, right? I thought there was a propane tank around here somewhere but all I see is this huge cow ....

You started the project with a smile.

Interesting photo. Unusual to paint a propane tank that colour, but maybe it helps to make it blend into the surroundings? - Dave

This is brilliant - both the subject and the photograph - I like the way the shadows play with the spots.

Was it on a milk farm?

Was it in the middle of a field with a herd of black'n'white cows, just trying to fit in???
Seems a weird colour scheme for a propane tank!

I just read through all the comments and no one picked up on the augument over wether black is a color/colour.
I did a search on Google and there is some suprising auguments on the subject.
Just to let you know, Oliver is a desert area, we have had less than 3 inches of rain since January 1st, there is sagebrush and cactus here. If you drive from California along Hwy 97, there is lots of desert country all the way into Canada, Yucca grows great here.

That is unique... most folks try to draw attention away from their tanks! Great find... I would have bet someone would do a cow... I would have lost the bet guessing how ;-)

Your tank isn't the first decorated one I've seen, but it's one of the best. Good one!

"Louis" is most appreciative of this 'cowhide' photo.

{Editor to "Louis:" You might not appreciate it so much if it were YOUR hide!

"Louis:" (gulp)]

On a happier note, "Louis" et Mme. la Vache celebrate their premier anniversaire today.
