PILLARS OF SOCIETY
Just an interesting shot taken in Old Sacramento. Old brick and columns from a bygone day make me wonder what type of home used to be here. Have a wonderful weekend everyone.

Ive read this topic for some blogs. But I think this is more informative.
Wonderful title! One must wonder how long structures like this will remain. So many places the old is knocked down to make room for the new.
Thanks for all of your wonderful comment on Country Captures. You have been a very faithful friend! You and Faye were there when I began blogging and you both encourged me with all of your nice comments. I still keep checking back on Faye in hopes that she will feel up to blogging again someday.

Nice details on the pillars!
Nice pillars. I've been to Old Sacratmento a few times when we lived up North.
Ate lunch on the Delta Queen and visited all the little shops.
Nice photo.

Sue, it's so nice that some pilars can make us imagine a story
Interesting shot, as you said.
A splendid title!
Interesting, indeed :)
I send summer greetings to you and if you want to see some my summer photos, I put them in http://onlyforphotos.blogspot.com
I have still four grandchildren with me and for Midsummer festival we will get more visitors, nice and tiring as you can guess.
Happy days to you!
Great photo and post!!!
I love your old scaramento photos. Very evocative!
I love these kind of shots. Very cool!
I'm looking at the parallels between the pillars and the trees.
