THANKSGIVING IN WASHINGTON

Fall is still showing its face here and there in Washington State. We had a wonderful Holiday with family and I thank you for all the warm wishes you sent us.
This is the view from our relatives dining room window. It is an amazing sight to wake up to each morning.
I will be answering your comments tomorrow. The 12 hour drive home has done me in and I'm about ready to call it a day.

That is an incredible site. The scene is just wonderful and it is hard to imagine such a colorful spot. You did good in photographing it.

The best of fall here. Rest up and get to your blogging when you're ready.

Isn't it something to have seen that and then to have driven through such treachery on the way home.

Rest well.

Although Canadian Thanksgiving is a different date, we went to Maple Ridge to our daughters and Pats cousin who lives near Seattle came up to Maple Ridge also where we did a thanksgiving dinner for them, I enjoyed it also.

What I would give to have a scene like this outside my window! I can just imagine the waterfowl congregating here!
