CRAPE MYRTLE TREE

While the other trees in my yard have lost the majority of their color and leaves, the Crape Myrtle tree is turning the most beautiful shades of yellow and orange. Its such a colorful sight right outside my breakfast nook window.
To get a closer look just click on the picture.
Have a wonderful weekend everyone.

Beautiful colours. This autumn has been a lovely, long season - colour-wise. Thanks for sharing.

Am enjoying seeing, as much as I'm sure you enjoy having all the interesting vegetation around your new digs...

The photos are quite nice. I like the colors in the fall and dread the monotones in winter.

Amazing light and color. I remember having a crape myrtle tree in our yard in TN, but I don't remember such beautiful fall colors.

I miss the colorful leaves. We've moved on to flurries. Not a fan!

I clicked on it, to see the full size, and for just a second there I thought I had stumbled into the welcoming branches of that tree in my living room! Nicely done. Transporting, in a sense.
Thanks,
Wayne

Your crepe myrtle has rounder leaves than mine. My leaves have just now nearly all blown off the tree. They were one of the brightest fall colors in the yard. Great picture :)
