LAST PETALS

A photo from my Rose Garden archives. I haven't had time to take any new pictures. I hope you enjoy the spent rose from last month.

Hi there, just put on your blog and enjoyed the great pics.

I also have a 'koosh ball tree'. Someone told me it was a chestnut, but I tried one or two last fall and they don't taste very good. I guess they improve if you roast and salt them, which is very common on the streets of London.

Nice pics, will visit again, (Mrs) Outhouse Capital of Canada.

I have just posted a peach pic on my Okanagan Daily Photo Blog http://okanagandailyphoto.blogspot.com/
Under the knife today for a hernia, so depending how I feel, will have more time or less time to take pics and post them

What an unusual rose picture - we usually see them only when the roses are still with all the petals on. But it is beautiful just like this, too!

This rose looks like a can can dancer's skirt, all flared out and full of excitement for the viewer. Beautiful.

There is even beauty in fading roses. This has an interesting shape and lovely soft colors.

I know I've left a comment before. But each time I look at this flower, it just takes my breath away. It almost looks like a painting! You should frame this one!!
