GRAPE STOMPER

Can't help it. I'm excited to see our crop of grapes turning a lovely shade of purple. They are becoming sweeter everyday. Its probably because the temperatures have been so hot. Today the high was 108F. That's just plain hot in any language.

108!!! Are you kidding? Somebody call Al Gore!

Good close-up! Nothing like picking fruit from your own plants. I've got tomatoes that are almost ready to be picked, sliced and put between two slices of bread with lots of mayo!

108!!!! Now that's shade or air conditioning weather, for sure. Seems like john roberts and I had the same reaction to your temperature.

Your grapes are beautiful. They are sucking up all the water you otherwise aren't getting there, right?

That is really hot!!! We had temps like that a few years ago and it was brutal. So far this year we've had really pretty great weather. Only a few really hot days and even they weren't unbearable.

I see a thumb print on one of the grapes, were you snitching some? They look so good!!!

It looks so good, Sue. Be aware of birds. They seem to know exact time to pick those fruits.

108F? That's definitely hot! Especially compared with our temperatures, despite the blue skies!

We had a grape vine in our last garden. There's one here, but only leaves since we came here! Let's hope we get some grapes next year.

Come on it's a dry heat!:) I can't believe the heatwave out there. Been watching the news on it.

Lovely grapes and a pleasing picture. Even though it is hot the picture seems cooling.

Thanks for stopping by so regularly.

Take care and stay cool.

108F! You're having a nice cool day in comparison to The Space Cadet's sister who is on vacation in Las Vegas.... where it's 116F (47C)! That would just about finish me off I think. I'd just have to go into your garden and eat all your grapes!
