SELF PORTRAIT

This is a picture of how I'm feeling today. Its all lines and curves and a mixture of things to be seen. Its pretty much a jumble.
Life has been so busy and nothing seems to go according to my husband's and my plans. So we just step back, take a deep breath and keep plugging along.
Much work is being accomplished and the house will be lovely in the end. All we need to do is survive and have a few more hours in the day.
I will post some pictures of our progress in a few days.
For the time being you will have to settle for another picture from my archives. This is a shot of the Williams Sonoma Store in Chicago, Illionois. I loved all the reflections from the outside and the escalators and banners inside.
Enjoy and thanks everyone for your nice comments.
Don't forget to click on the picture to enlarge and see the detail.

It is good to know you are still here. I hope everything turns to be OK/perfect at the end. Is that only me that looking you in the reflection?

Hang tough! Even with all the curves that are being tossed in there, it will all work out in the end!

I always wanted to go to that store when I was in Chicago. I'd never seen it, till now.

You are busy, I know, as would anyone be doing all you are doing to prepare for your move. It'll all get done, you know, perfectly or not.

Neat Shot! That is one of the most interesting reflection shots I have seen. Neat the way you used it to describe your "life" right now. Hang in there you guys will make it.

Wedding went great, hope to share some shots from it.

And about your photo...aaahhhh, the Williams Sonoma Store in Chicago is so fabulous. I'm not even going to think about it...but I DO hope to visit it this summer when we're there! :)

Isn't it odd how life throws us these curve balls every now and then? the main thing is you are still in the game and the results will all be worth it.
I love Williams and Sonoma. Have not been to this store, but the reflections is awesome!

I really don't know how folks do the remodeling thing, but I guess it's keeping your eye on the end goal. Take good care!!

Cool set of reflections and also able to see the inside. Never been to Chicago.

I know how you fee. Sometimes all you can do with life is try to "keep it between the ditches."

Lovely Wife and I are kindof in a mode like that right now as well. We'll be glad when the clouds part a little.

When something very complicated is in my life, I see a dream, that I am climbing to upper and upper floor in a building like in your picture and I can not turn back.
I hope, you will not get too tired in your "building" now and everything is
just fine soon and you can rest and enjoy.dtofk
