COMING TOGETHER

Like pieces of a puzzle, things are coming together. This has been a very stressful time but I do believe there's light at the end of the tunnel.
Some of the final touches will be done on Monday and I will show a few pictures. Thanks for all your kind words. Its been a new experience for us and getting rid of 41 years of stuff has been daunting.
By the beginning of May I should be able to comment on your blogs with some regularity. I'm so looking forward to that.

That's great that you are starting to see light at the end of the tunnel. 41 years of collecting "stuff" is a long time. And we all know how important "stuff" is!! But I had to giggle at your photo caption, it's very apt.... "Coming together".... but it could also signify ... "All in pieces!!"

I shot something kind of similar to this last summer - I wonder where it is!

Moving is stressful at best of times. After 41 years, it must be really horrible. I hope you get to the fun part soon, like setting up your new house!

Just think of how great it will be when it's all taken care of and you are ready for your wonderful new home. Ahhhhh...

I definitely don't envy you the task...it's got to be very difficult to decide what to keep and what you can bear to get rid of.

This is very interesting and does sort of seem like a puzzle. The placement of them in the water looks rather random.

I really love the way you use photos of the outside world to represent how you feel inside. Quite telling, and a great way of expressing yourself.
Wishing you all the best in these trying times. Our thoughts are with you.

Competent living is all about recognizing and tending to priorities. You've had to focus on something other than commenting but I'm glad you have continued to post to your blog for all of us hungry to hear how you're doing.
