THE CIRCLE OF LIFE

Hi, everyone. I'm finally back. Here's one of the reasons I have been gone so long.
Our house went on the market this last weekend and we had our first open house.

We were stretched to the limit but finished everything we set out to do. The stagers came in and really perked up our place. If you remember my posted picture of the kitchen in progress, I think you will agree that the "new" kitchen looks fabulous. It was well worth the angst.

The best part is that it looks like we will have at least 2 offers to consider on Friday. So things are zipping along.

Thanks for your well wishes and patience.

Congratulations to have a offer already. Here is Nelson lot's of house is on the market (People only stay one place in average of 7 years in here, except us) and lot's of them have no offer and stay longer on the market or re-market next summer. I hope you have good deal for you.

Sue...what an awesome kitchen! Thoser "stagers" really know what they are doing. A friend of mine had them do his home over in Beleview before he moved all of the family over. They even invented a daughter they didn't have! (they had three boys...but when they showed the house, they had a girl's room)
Amazing what we expecct to see!

It really, really is fine!

We should do same thing, because we are only two of us living here in Joensuu, not any children or relative here, but my husband says, that where
should he go from very own home :)
I could know very well, where, but he does not,so :))

I wish you happy, restful May!

I love it too, and I'll make you an offer right now! I never heard of "stagers" before, but they did do a great job. I love the colors, the art, and that piggy chef is awesome! Five whole burners too! Such a cheery place. So many times my husband and I have lamented how wonderful our house looks when we sell and move. And now you have to say good-bye to the turkey vultures too?? :(

Now if only I could keep my kitchen looking like this half of the time, I'd be a happy girl. Ben????

PWBe....I'm totally stunned! You know why, of course.
I just can't believe it. Why didn't you say when you visited on Thursday?? (thanks so much, BTW)
For the rest of you folks, I have only just come to visit & discovered that incredibly, My post on Wednesday had exactly the same title, 100%. And no, I hadn't seen this all week until now!
The only other thing I can say - splutter - is, what a beautiful room! Well done. But what a shame you will be leaving it.Well, you know what's best, I hope. SXXX
