CHANGE OF PLANS

As you can see, there was a change in our plans for yesterday. My hubby had a bout of Diverticulitus again. At least that's what we think it is. He was in too much pain to load our moving truck or sit in a car for 2 1/2 hours to get to the storage unit.
We are so greatful for my wonderful son and his likewise wonderful brother in law for loading the truck and driving it to the unit and then unloading all the things for us.
We see the Doctor today and will find out what treatment is needed. Hopefully its just meds and not surgery.
So stay tuned for the further Photowannabe Saga.

I'm sending all the best loving energy your husband's way. I hope he's much more comfortable now and has a good treatment plan.

I give you both a LOT of credit for the purging you're doing in prep of your move. It's not easy to do, but it feels good when it's done.

He will be in my thoughts and prayers today. As will you.

Isn't it heartening to see how folks can come through in the clutch? I've always felt that the really good souls are always there for you.

A silver lining in an otherwise gray cloud, if you will.

Good luck with moving. 40 years in one house. Wow. I've moved to much that stuff is becoming a big burden...much of my stuff is in storage and needs to be whitled down this summer.

Sue-so glad everything worked out okay and antibiotics will do the trick! You're certain he didn't just fabricate this to avoid all that heavy lifting ? ;)
Enjoy the rest of your weekend and don't work too hard!

I'm sorry to hear about your troubles. Good you have someone around to help you. I'm so scared of my kids leaving me when they grow up, but that's the way life goes. Isn't it?
