ELEPHANT GRAVEYARD


I guess you could call this the Elephant Graveyard.
A large Elephant Ear leaf has gone there to die. The boggy area is located in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco.

I really like this kind of photos, it's a dead leaf, in their life or non-life cycle, it's amazing how it will dissapear in a few days... wonderful nature

Nice colours... especially vibrant when all we have around us at the moment is a black, white and grey palette!
PS -18C outisde right now, that's c-c-c-cold!
